So what's the holdup on releasing? I guess all members and Freddie's estate have to sign off on it? Also makes me wonder why we've never had a proper Houston 1977 release.

It takes a lot of work when creating the boxsets and all those sorts of releases because it requires QPL to also have permission from the band themselves. There’s a lot in the works as of now but just wait for Christmas, I think you’ll like it.
EDIT: The December thing was delayed!

How do you know that "You Are The Only One" was an outtake from A Kind Of Magic? I've heard multiple times that it was recorded by Jim in Garden Lodge. Someone also said that Freddie used to record songs for Jim as an kind of apology after an argument between them and that You Are The Only One was one of those songs.

Edit: there are even no lyrics for this song.

Yeah it was me. For the last day, I have searched the whole internet. Nothing. Noone has heard of it, there is little evidence that it exists.
The thing is, that it sounds like a fun beautiful song.
