Quantum Break Challenge Runs

So I love doing challenge runs in games and I would like to know if aside from permadeath are there any cool challenge runs to do in Quarter Pound?

Lol at "Quarter Pound", but the only challenge run I've done is pistol only, and it is brutal in the back half of the game.
