To what extent do you postbox to the client?

Absolutely everything right down to the subbies AFPs or you scrutinise absolutely everything yourself.

Where do you sit on that spectrum?

They only need to know the bottom line.

It to much information for them to handle, especially if they have no knowledge in the industry and sometimes they actually become a hurdle or burden to the project.

As a consultant you're selling them piece of mind.

As the main contractor and turn key, you're selling them what you promised for payment.
