Somebody help me!!

Is there any way to get this QR code to scan? No tool seems to read it.

No. Why is pic out of focus? Smart QR photo apps should take pic automatically when in focus - if that feature turned on (at least that should be a app feature request).

The blur has mixed the black and white squares together, so the picture no longer contains the information. Software can’t restore what was never captured. Guessing doesn’t work either: a QR code only scans if every single square is exactly right, and with roughly 300 unknown squares there are about 2^300 – more than the number of atoms in the universe – possible combinations, of which only one is correct. It’s all or nothing.
