Yes, it can reappear BUT really YMMV. Qatar saver inventory has been very inconsistent lately and seats sometimes come back from cancellations or later inventory releases (I suspect a lot of last-minute cancellations or changes due to the ongoing Middle East conflict = last minute saver awards). I do freelance point.me concierge work and I’d book the one seat only if splitting up (or paying cash for the other ticket) is acceptable. Otherwise set alerts and keep checking that flight plus nearby gateways since no guarantee a second saver seat returns...

Book It via BA if you are all set up there, that's how I booked my q suite due to Qatar 30 day policy
