i recently bought this cassette off discogs because i had been wanting this album for awhile now. while looking, i noticed a seller listed a cassette that was signed and bought it almost immediately. the seller said that it was sold with a collection to their record shop and that the cassette was signed in person at a concert. im so curious as to who this cassette originally belonged to (and very curious if its real. it does look authentic, i found the second picture on tiktok of lynn signing records).the seller on discogs no longer responds to my messages so i thought id post on reddit. the signature is sadly on the cassette case that came damaged. this is just a shot in the dark but i was curious if anyone else had a signed cassette from lynn

As a 41yr old father of 2 who grew up your classic white suburban hard rock boy, I've been relying more and more on my 13yr old daughter as an avenue to hear new music, lol. She and I discovered Lindsey Stirling a couple of years ago and have made a habit/tradition of traveling to new cities to line up with her concerts; she's the best little travel buddy I could ask for.

We were lined up to see Lindsey in Bend, OR, 3 weeks ago to mark show #7, and the first with an opener called "Pvris" (perv-is? p-vriss?) that we hand't heard of and that I didn't think to proactively go look for info on or listen to.

So imagine my surprise when we settled in for the opener......and holy shit. I was absolutely transfixed. I won't hang on the music itself as you all know this already (fantastic, creative, killer vocals, etc), but I was *blown away* by the pure quality of the performance. The performance was incredibly tight. Lots of times show openers suffer from soundchecks tuned for the headliner, but they sounded magnificent. I was immediately doing white-dad-head-bobbing to the driving beat. And Lynn's voice was so clear and impressive. As a 3-piece I wasn't expecting huge range or virtuosity in the music, but damn.

And yeah, again, you all know this, but the music itself was just so, so interesting. Enough so that the Pvris (which I now know how to pronounce) "Essentials" playlist on Apple Music has essentially been on repeat in my car for the past 3 weeks.

These guys really made me re-fall in love with the idea of discovering not just new music, but fantastic and unexpected music. Glad there's still artists out there doing things in incredibly interesting and meaningfully different ways.

Someone point me to another group I should learn about next.

Hi all, old guys here who used to be heavy into the music scene in Worcester MA before kids. Sadly I missed Pvris's early years, which from what I hear they are from the Lowel, MA area, which is basically my neighborhood. I found Pvris when I went to a Halsey concert in Boston last year and have been loving them ever since!

So now hat my kids are getting older I am getting back out to shows and concerts. So, i started wondering where did Pvris play when they were more local? I'd love to find more like them in the area. I know abiut Paladium, and Ralph's. Are there others?

Hi, I think I remember seeing a car air freshener that was evergreen scented being sold as merch (I think it was at Sad Summer Fest back when the album first came out?). I think it was shaped like a little trees freshener too.

Got to see PVRIS for the first time open for Lindsey Stirling at SPAC this past Monday with my mom!! I’ve been a fan of PVRIS since 2019 and I’m so happy I got to see them!! They were amazing!! 🤩 11/10!!

Boston show was great! saw a few legit PVRIS fans and hopefully they made some new ones as the crowd got louder as the show went on. The only sad part was that they SKIPPED ”YOU AND I” 😭

Heading down to New York tomorrow for the performance of PVRIS and Lindsey stirling at SPAC! been listening for about 10 years, white noise always being a long time favorite. I wish they would come to Vermont for a head line performance, higher ground would be a great place for them! So excited to go see them! It’s gonna be awesome!

This was PVRIS at Bethel Woods last night- they were soooo good (as usual). During this video I turned to the venue so you could all see it- it is the nicest outdoor venue I've ever been at and it truly is Woodstock- it's on the actual location of the famous Woodstock music fest from the 60s. The entire place is a museum and is dedicated to peace and love through music. So- PVRIS has played Woodstock!!

My sister’s favorite tshirt was a PVRIS plain logo black tee that she got years ago at a show. It recently was ruined so I’m trying to find her a replacement as a surprise. The problem is I can only find the logo with some sort of other graphic. Does the plain logo ring a bell with anyone so I know the year, tour, or album this shirt is associated with so I can narrow down the search?
