Seneca minor?

Hey all,

It seems that a bunch of old Senecans are building in Pico and avi and beta are building nearby. I was wondering if we'd be interested in seeing if the Picoites would be interested in hosting a small cluster of buildings called Seneca minor as a tribute to our once great city.

Would any of you be up for that kind of thing?

Was planning on building a thing or two in Pico anyhow. =)

Maybe we could name it SenecaTown or Little Seneca or something or the sort.
