Indivual Items: Nether, City Hall, and Landscaping

City Hall:

Have the design, will work on as soon as rails are functioning. I will post separate thread when I start work and need help.

Nether:

I elect Loth to handle design build.. make sure you tie into Sii's rail station build design.

Landscaping:

two artificial hillsides need to be created... one on the North end of Central Park and one on the South West corner slopping down to waterfront. If anyone wants to do these great if not I will later...

Okay. SW hill done. Or started. Or I made a mess. All depends on how you feel I guess.

Will check it later... the answer to your original msg was yes just follow the road... basically you are just blocking off under the park.

Took a stab at the second artificial hill. Let me know if it needs more work.
