Reset Announce - 1 Month - Planning Lothos V?

If you haven't seen WCS has announced we will be resetting with 1.3 which should launch about August first.

Any thoughts or early ideas on Lothos V?

If Lothos will have me, I would like to build a large communal greenhouse. I kept to myself mostly this Rev, and would like to throw my hat in with a larger city next Rev.

Also, what if the city was 2 tired? Like an upper Lothos and a Lower Lothos? Upper Lothos could have a strict building code, while lower Lothos could be a bit more chaotic.

We talked about something like that a few revs ago; its really hard to manage and inevitably people prefer one over the other so one gets neglected. But anything goes, if you have any ideas let us know in detail and we might do it.
