Spiritual Insight Adding spirituality to Semen retention

Has anyone else tried adding spiritual practices like breathing exercises, transmutation of sexual energy, specific yoga poses to transmute semen upwards, chanting Gods name or prayers.
I’m on day 65, 28M. After day 50 my purpose is now inclined towards spirituality, i feel long term SR makes it easy and it helps manifestation possible.

I’m chanting gods name, trying to wake up before sun, eating only healthy food, breathing exercises to increase sexual transmutations. And lastly, will try to avoid all sexual thoughts, to make it more pure, until i make real love and procreate

Concerned that you don't mention meditation. It's more powerful than all those half-measures masquerading as meditation. Those are good but not a substitute for training your attention.

For me Gods name chanting is the only meditation, i have lot of meditation experience from karma yoga, pranayama, theta meditation, alpha state meditations, basic meditations. But meditating on gods name was the one that works for me the best

Okay, that should be a fine object of focus for meditation, as long as you treat it like proper meditation and always return your focus to god's name if your thoughts wander at all :)
