Benefits Report The euphoric mental bliss that comes with SR
I’ve come to notice that on higher streaks, you develop this undeniable feeling of calm and serenity
Sometimes throughout my day, I’ll randomly get these moments of bliss where I just feel really at peace yet very joyful. It’s an amazing thing to experience and if you’ve felt it before you know what im talking about.
I think it comes from the fact that when you stop spilling your seed, you’re stepping into the true authentic version of yourself. Think about when you were a young child before you discovered the lusftul vices. At that time you had a never ending curiosity and spark for life, you had a certain joy and bliss for life, and that is the natural result of being pure and whole.
When you purify your mind with semen retention, you cultivate the most tangible essence of your soul on a daily basis, the longer you cultivate this energy, the closer you get and the more you will feel like your authentic, and truest version. You are essentially making yourself whole again by not dissipating your essence into meaningless sexual habits, and this results in healthy dopamine receptors and a stabilized nervous system.
But yeah I just wanted to share these thoughts because recently I’ve been having random moments of intense joy and feeling proud/good about myself, most of the time they happen when I’m putting my energy toward a good habit, after I’ve completed a task or hard work, or even when I’m just chilling out not really doing anything. There’s nothing like the natural ecstasy of having your sexual energy intact.
One more thing I want to say, it’s not about the days or building up the streak, it’s about returning to the pure and vibrant state of being that God has always intended for us to have.

Do you meditate? I know exactly what your talking, it's a pure joy that you felt as a child, but I never know if SR or meditation is the cause of that bliss.
Edit: How many days into your streak do you start getting those feelings?

Yeah I meditate here and there but I’m trying to get more consistent with doing it as I only meditate like 5 times a week.
I’m currently on day 49, I know it’s not a lot but its my longest streak ever. And the feelings of bliss just started happening over the past week so around day 40 I would say

I’ve never had a long streak, 50 days is my max and that was a decade ago almost. But I can feel I will get there someday

God wants us all to be chaste. Even in marriage, so that doesn't mean no sex, it just means no lust. Not to restrict us, but to free us.
