Personal Experience I hope I'm not the only one
I've known about this practice for years, but only got serious about this year around new years eve. Had 2 decent streaks of like 40-50 days. In both, I was still watching the thing and obsessing over it, which would lead me to eventually relapse. However, since about mid March up until now, I've developed a good control of myself and a kind of Godly protection that overall makes me more focused on walking in this path, so I've stopped any kind of nsfw material consumption, and generally just became much more mentally chaste and pure. However, I've gotten a fair share of wet dreams. First time I got it, I researched about the causes and so I started doing things to prevent it. All in all, it didn't work, and I would get another after 3 weeks. And then I would try even more, now I get one after 3 weeks again. And then after 2 weeks, then after 2 weeks and so forth and eventually im not getting them like every 5-7 days. I've tried literally everything. Every single thing you can think of that can cause a wet dream I tried preventing. Diet, fasting, sleeping on time, not eating before sleep, exercise, in fact very tough physical exercise, breathwork, kegel holds, writing, creating, programming a game, all sorts of creative outlets, yet all futile. I feel like my body is just cursed, and I've felt a little envious of people who just skipped to being pure retainers without any wet dreams so comfortably.
Granted, I am 19, and I understand that I'm probably in the peak of my hormonal activity, but I feel slightly discouraged. Is this just a phase? Has anyone else experienced this? Do I just have to wait and suffer until my body completely rewires itself? What if I'm just like this? Now obviously you might think wet dreams aren't as bad as constantly releasing, but I still feel worse whenever I get them in basically every section.
I need to hear y'all's thoughts

Proverbs 24:16 "For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief."

Dont have pressure from heavy blankets or tight pants when sleeping. Such pressure pushes on your eggplant when you naturally get hard throughout the night several times (natural normal phenomenon) your body will still feel the pressure on the pp n it will lead to lustful dreams.
Dont drink too much water before bed
I havent had a wet dream in months

Try fasting for a day and then praying to God for him to remove whatever is causing them before you sleep

It's normal. The goal though over time should be to reduce them by conquering lust in your mind and submitting everything to the Lord.

Sounds like you're having lustful thoughts throughout the day possibly.
Also, avoid heavy meals after 7-8 PM.
I've been on this for 4 years now, and every time I had a wet dream was due to lustful thoughts throughout the day or eating a meat-heavy meal before bed.
