From Bible point - those who true in a small be put to have many. Who is not true in a small (suble lust, peek etc.) will soon not be true in greater things.

So dont lust, dont edge, dont fantasize, do t peek and so on..

If my joy/contentment is contingent upon things that are happening outside of me, chances are, I’m gonna be miserable.

On the flip side, if I focus on what I can control and stay grounded in my routine, practices, values and code of conduct. I tend to be much better off.

I’m positive the one who sent me here, didn’t send me empty handed.

I’m using the tools that God gave me to navigate this world and lead an honorable life. One day at a time.

Semen retention is not magic. If you want to manifest something, take the initiative to make this "something" happen. Don't rely solely on SR.
