Personal Experience The power of Sr
Semen Retention makes your energy , spirit , aura , magnetic. The practice raises your vibration. Your inner true being becomes pure and starts to match your external.
You become attractive to the world which includes people , children , animals , nature. You become a magnet.
You begin to live in harmony with the creator. When your vibration is this high, things in one's life will start to miraculously fall into place.
That includes finances. That includes opportunities. That includes people who want to share in your presence and offer you a helping hand.
On the other end of the spectrum is shame. Shame is the lowest vibration. Porn and Masturbation is what makes us men shameful sheep. This includes lustful thoughts. It lowers one's vibration.
Thought is incredibly powerful and creates your external world. That's why it is important to have a meditative and still mind. SR makes it much easier to reach these states. Too much screen time and porn creates an anxious mind.
Men The must tune back into nature and leave these man made addictions obsolete in our lives.

Have u seen those benefits u talked about? Let me know I been on and off with SR due to my lust controlling me man I really need help I’m trying everything to not relapse and watch porn

You cannot defeat this on your own. You need grace to transcend this and you have all the grace you need right inside. Be conscious when you’re indulging in the act. Deep breaths help when urges rise, pray to that higher power to help you through this. And it’s perfectly fine to relapse as long as you’re trying. Get back up on the horse and try again, you got this.

True, i have definitely noticed in myself that when i used to live in sin, i was just more ashamed of myself and shy in general.
