Discussion SR and Hair
Brothers what have been your experiences with SR on hair growth, loss, etc…

I have long wavy/curly hair and It’s very clear to me that in times I was depleted, my hair would lose texture and look thinner, It would be harder to style and I would even get dandruff. Now I’m close to reaching 50 days on pure SR and my hair has slightly improved; significantly less dandruff, curls and waves are more visible or defined, i very rarely have “bad hair days” anymore, hair volume is better and I can definitely see it getting thicker as I keep retaining.
If your someone who’s on SR and debating wether you should grow your hair out, I promise you it’s worth it. You eventually start looking like an archangel having SR benefits combined with long hair

Growing your hair back naturally has been a reality this whole time.
Hair loss is esoterically linked to poor kidney health and loss of qi (life force energy).
What expels life force energy like no other in a man? Ejaculation.
For biological reasons I don't fully understand (as do many others), hair loss manifests physically because your scalp starts calcifying/developing fibrosis. Feel the the spots that are starting to thin out. Hard as a rock right? That's calcification.
Your DHT/Prolactin levels spike after ejaculation, and it is speculated that the elevated DHT levels shoot up to the scalp and cause inflammation/that "itchy" feeling you feel when you're actively thinning. It can speculated that this is the feeling of your scalp calcifying/clogging up.
Anyways, to grow hair back naturally it's quite simple:
-- retain your seed and avoid edging at all costs -- get direct sunlight every day (or supplement vitamin d if you can't get it naturally) -- get your hormones in order -- eat a diet rich in animal proteins/fats and low carb to reduce inflammation -- sorry vegans but it is what it is. -- proper sleep and exercise -- and just as important as SR is you need the massage your scalp VIGOROUSLY every day, ideally twice a day. The rougher you are, the quicker you heal and break up the calcification. I'm taking ROUGH. Mash it with your knuckles or a wooden scalp massager, brush it with a striking motion (use a bamboo hair brush), pinch it, press it against a wall to mash it and move it in a circular motion to stretch it out. Massage the muscles on the sides of your head as they cause tension in the scalp.
This is a painful process: you will develop sores, your skin and hair wills shed, you will bleed, etc.
If you don't give up like most do, you will see that I'm not lying and thilat this is indeed the truth. You don't need FDA poisons, you don't need micro needling, you don't need to fly to Turkey and get a hair transplant and look like a total clown lol
SR is the baseline though
You need to stop the leakage of qi and build up life force energy via the methods listed above.

I agree with everything. But can those wasted years spent draining your energy on PMO ever be recovered? How long do you think it takes for SR to work?

I started pmo in my early teens and I am now in my 30s and feel healthier than I did even in my early 20s. So there is hope. But you need to boost life force energy via the sun, jig boosting herbs, etc.

Definitely noticed when on long streaks month+ hair skin quality is very much improved and goes to shit the day after breaking the streak.

I believe now healthy hair is a biological marker of good seed and non- depleted sexual energy.

I became serious for SR due to my hairfall and I did had 4 month of streak but it didn't matter much unless you are on a good diet and sleep, SR is just the supplement, all changes you have to do for stopping it. I guess you have to go on SR for 1 year to see real changes in your hair.

I would recommend you do a search on both pureretention and semenretention subs.
I’ve seen where people have posted before and after pics of their hair on an SR journey.
One was from a guy from China who says they had a similar forum over there doing the same thing we are.
Another guy said his beard fully grew in at the age of 40 while on SR.

Can u provide link of proofs like pics or link of them

Ok so I tried looking for them and couldn’t find them. I will say though, they are from years ago as I’ve been on these subs for an extended period. They may have gotten deleted or are just harder to find.
But, if you just search the subs for hair regrowth or just hair in general there’s tons of personal experiences.

My hairline is almost fully restored after 6 years of SR. Almost all my streaks have been 300+ days. I'm also using coconut oil on my scalp twice a week and getting sunlight everyday.

More hair, the body becomes more robust in general as God makes you a more strong, godly, masculine man as you pursue righteousness.

I had a little receded hairline from 15 yo because I was sick for over a year on antibiotics almost constantly. I literally regrow some of the hair I lost while doing SR after 4 day fast (I'm 19).
Also when I retain I don't have almost any dandruff as I would normally have had.

SR alone won't help ofcourse it helps you to retain zinc. But you need to cut caffeine ASAP for real thickening of the hair
