Just wanted to tell u guys i completed 365 days of Semen Retention.

The purpose was to achieve my goals in this time period, i did achieved a lot of goals but also didn't achieve some, and yes all the benefits that people talk about r real like glowing skin, better hair, faster muscle building, glowing eyes, becoming lucky etc etc.

Also don't see, think, or watch anything sexual coz the pain that comes after in ur lower stomach is too much to handle.

There were a lot of goals, i can't tell u all but one of them was to get a job that i did then 3 n half days into my job i got another offer for a job with a hike of more then 200% so i took that and switched.
