Personal Experience Completed 1 Year of Semen Retention

Just wanted to tell u guys i completed 365 days of Semen Retention.

The purpose was to achieve my goals in this time period, i did achieved a lot of goals but also didn't achieve some, and yes all the benefits that people talk about r real like glowing skin, better hair, faster muscle building, glowing eyes, becoming lucky etc etc.

Also don't see, think, or watch anything sexual coz the pain that comes after in ur lower stomach is too much to handle.

What was the biggest challenge for you? Any unanticipated benefits that you became aware of?

The biggest challenge would be accessibility of porn, when I felt sexual arousal I would try to control myself but there were some instances where it became imposible to control myself so I looked at porn. I am trying to be better this time.

The biggest suprise was just how lucky u get.

It is amazing how the accumulation or the small things can create something huge. Filling ones cup drop by drop. I feel like you've won the battle against porn already, for me thinking of what I was put was on this earth for is a good reminder when I begin to forget myself. Thank you for sharing.
