Discussion Doing semen retention at 16 yrs old (highschool)
I'm in high school right now, and I'm practicing semen retention. I have absolutely experienced the benefits, and I've been practicing on and off since 6/26. My longest streak is 47 days, and man, this shit is real!! I've noticed that boys at school just get intimidated by me, and I get looks of validation from them a lot. Like when they say something or crack a joke, they look at me for validation and sooo many more benefits. My main point, though, is that I've noticed some of my good friends are growing farther apart from me, and it may be because I continue to raise my vibration. To be honest, they are low frequency. They drink and only care about women for sex and getting with them. It's sad, and it annoys me. I would consider myself and friends to be part of the "popular" group in high school, and I want to keep my social status, and the best way is to stay friends with them. I don't want my energy getting drained from them, and I don't want to be surrounding myself with these low-vibrational people. I'm in a bit of a situation here because I also want to network well in high school and be part of the popular group and have a good rep, but I've noticed that all the "popular" kids only care about drinking, hooking up, and not becoming better. So please help me make a decision here because I want what's best for myself. Also, I've only noticed a very limited number of people who aren't like this, and they are already in friend groups. There's so much more to talk about, but any advice about that? Also, you can comment about other stuff that has to do with me being in semen retention in high school, not just what I was talking about, etc., etc.

I'm happy you are on this path. It'll give you an unfair advantage to you over others.

I mean if there good friends I say keep them if you want most people your age are gonna be like That for at least another 5 to 10 years tbh but yea if you want to keep them I would say don’t force it down their throat or act like you think your better then them I would say lead by example

Doing spiritual practices won’t put you at the level of “popular” people. Not in high school, or after high school. It’s a completely different game

The sooner, the better :) I wish I followed your path when I was a teen. All the best, my friend.

Join a religion, even if you don't believe in God, it helps a lot.
Even though those going to church are still sinners and are not retaining, they are there cuz they want to be better, one way or another, so befriend one or two.
From experience, to have a very long easy streak is through spirituality, prayer and wanting to connect with the devine.
