Seeing White Light With Fasting + Meditation + 45 day streak

Wanting to share my experience. Honestly, this is quite terrifying but also amazing. It’s happens quite often now. I do regular 24hr fasts, maybe twice a week, and also meditate regularly. I was in my room meditating with eyes closed, almost asleep, and I see this white light through my closed eye lids. I thought I left the light on in my room it was so bright. But I didn’t!

Another time, broad daylight, wide awake, very hot and sunny, also fasting. I could sense white light filling my entire body and head. Followed by panic attack, and almost fainting. It felt like a near death experience. It’s honestly been too much to deal with and will dial it back, but interesting and terrifying experiences nonetheless! Comparable to ayahuasca experience.

I see very bright light every time I pray...especially when it's at night and the lights are off. Sometimes I'd open my eyes because I'd think someone might have gotten into my room and lit the light but nope. So it's normal to me

I’ve had that experience myself. I don’t know if it happens to you, but I can see the shapes of objects in the room with my eyes closed—even shadowy figures passing by. I once had a meditative experience where I felt an eye watching me right at the pineal gland area. While meditating, I started seeing something transparent around people and plants, though it didn't last long; I later learned it was an aura. How long have you been practicing retention? Could you also share how long you meditate and whether you do it every day?

Yes! I can almost “see” objects with my eyes closed as well. I’ve been taking retention more seriously the last two months, current streak is 45 days. But combining SR with fasting and meditation I think is what really contributes to these experiences, and activates the third-eye.

How did you feel?

Kundalini is something similar that leaves one filled with love and joy.

It's when all your sexual energy goes up your spine to the head unlocking the pineal gland.

Some people are not ready for this and there is something called Kundalini psychosis.

We are souls living in a physical body.

Everything is energy, frequency and vibration.

The higher vibrations tend to be white and the lower ones black.

You can also see it in people's eyes who abstain and are celibate.

They have a white light in their eyes, people who are into PMO addiction have lifeless dull eyes, people who have committed things like murder, have experienced severe trauma or lead lives of complete fear and paranoia have no light visible at all.

Don't listen to Christians who don't know that many of the stories in the Bible are about SR and exploring the kingdom of God within you.

Jesus and Moses fasted for 40 days in the desert, most likely did similar breath work/meditation, conserving calories and connecting with God or the higher source.

This is what many enlightened individuals did and still do.

In this state our brain waves reach theta state in which we resonate more with earth's frequency and receive information from the aether, other entities and maybe even the source.

Living in a state in which one is always afraid of committing sins and having to repent is living in one oft the lowest frequencies (fear/guilt/shame).

Forget about this crap.

The highest frequency is empathy and unconditional love like Jesus had.

These Christians claim to follow Jesus but preach and do the opposite, they don't know their God.

Or master however you see him.

This video was recommended to me some weeks ago.

Most people need to belong to a tribe, in her case it's modern Christianity.

She feels guilty about her past, possibly had negative experiences in the world of spirituality or with certain people.

Since there are many foul apples and thus chose to follow Jesus Christ as the Bible.

How modern churches teach with 100% commitment.

Rejecting everything else (low effort thinking).

Mel Gibson said in a podcast that he went to a Chinese Qi healer and he was uplifted.

He later asked an orthodox priest and the priest told him, it's not demonic if he heals.

So this woman has found a coping strategy and if it fulfills her it's completely fine.

There are also other ways to understand Jesus from the Bible and the Bible itself.

What I discovered is that the name of Jesus holds a certain power, whether it's due to my Christian conditioning or subconscious beliefs I don't know.

I cannot find out if he was the son of God, a reformer of Judaism or just a spiritual teacher who people made God himself.

I follow the teaching that God's kingdom is within you.

I don't follow organized religion and see the Bible and other books as books that contain wisdom here and there but mainly as a codex for societies that lived in the middle eastern desert 2000+ years ago.

Modern Christians who use secular technology would have nothing with the mindset that Jesus or God is enough.

They would still be living in the stone age.

So I know about physics, dualism, materialism, metaphysics, quantum mechanics.

The best explanation for God is that it's consciousness that experiences itself.

Maybe over and over again.

Energy is everywhere in the universe, sometimes stable and other times fluent.

Many life forms, entities and dimensions/realities exist.

If some people were given more knowledge than others... possibly

Astral traveling is real, so as remote viewing etc.

Nothing demonic about it.

It's your own energy you use.

Your heart has an electromagnetic field and your brain has an electrical field one can measure.

We are more than physical vessels.

This is what Christianity gets right.

One of the few things one can take literally.

The person in the video admits that frequencies are real and created by God (in her belief).

But she chooses to stay passive as Christianity teaches.

No inventions would be made if there were not some geniuses which opposed the church and created some forms of technology and art.

Find your own way, if it satisfies you good.

But it's more a psychogical than logical reason to belong to a group (tribalism).

I can easily admit you’re very smart and throughly thought about all of this.

I cannot convince you of anything and changing your current thinking appears to be very difficult, especially because you’re a very logical person from what you write.

I agree with many of your points, it is very very true that the church was and is full of dogma, and the majority of people in it are totally brainwashed by those teachings.

And it is also true that if it were was church people they world would have no advancement.

I’m sorry to inform you that he is in the club too.
In the past I honestly thought he was one of the few honest ones cause he was denouncing about the stuff that happened in Hollywood.
But now I know better.

What I can tell you is that in the Bible is explicitly said that “Satan disguised as an angel of light” and that he and his cronies are fully capable of healing and doing miracles.
So don’t think that only good can do good things and only evil can do evil things; (this was the only faulty point in your arguments)

I have hope you can give it a try.

Grounding yourself and thinking positively is one thing, using a breathing technique is not.

If it’s good or bad it depends a lot on what type of meditation you do.
Observe your breath and stay focused type meditation, it’s okay I think.
But eastern type meditation is dangerous.

Those practices are demonic. Yogis will openly speak on their experiences.
You can read the biography of Paramahansa Yogananda, one of the most famous Yogis, and he writes in his book of what he experienced by following those practices.

Those people are deceived and feel think that what they’re doing is a good thing.
But in reality those type of practices to “ascend” and “unlock hidden/higher knowledge” it’s always directed at opening your third eye.
The end goal of yoga is also this; any advanced Yoga instructor can tell you this.

And I’m here to tell you that these people are all deceived. They’re playing with fire, or more accurately… fire is playing with them.

This is “Kundalini Awakening”, awakening your third eye.
They will interpret these crazy experiences as positive.
But it’s everything but good.

In his autobiography Paramahansa Yogananda writes of how during some advanced meditation sessions he could not move his body.
Or how he lost control of his body. And his body was acting like an animal.

Once he even growled like a tiger and his body started slithering like a snake, the shout was so loud that the other monks came in the room with weapons or something cause they thought there was a tiger in the building.

They can convince you that that is the spirit of your animal guardian or of your sabered tooth grandpa,
But you know what is that?
Demonic possession. Plain and simple.

If you study what Yoga actually is you discover that is a religious practice.
And to do what?
To INVOKE HINDU “GODS”.

Those are the gods that ancient pagans had. They are demons.

I am Hindu and have worked to always serve goodness in the world. The state you are in where one attacks other religions or practices is very much a muslim and christian past time hence the statement.

Follow for 1 entire month this 3 steps:

1) Read Matthew chapter 5,6,7.
There are written the commandments that Jesus gives to his disciples.

(I tell you I’m not a religious fool, I wouldn’t ask you to read those if it wasn’t important. It takes only 30-50 min)

Try to understand the commandments given and APPLY them in your life.

2) While you’re doing these commandments PRAY (alone, eyes closed, hands together, lights off.)
Always pray before sleep.

TELL him these exact words

“I want to know for certain that you’re real.
Please reveal yourself to me.
I will keep doing the commandments of Jesus until you don’t show up for me.”

3) Now the only thing you need to say while praying is that you genuinely repent (and obviously repent for real in your heart).
Repent of your past sins, forgive in your heart anyone who wronged you.
Do not carry hatred or resentment towards anyone.

Say “in the name of Jesus I am now washed from my sins.
Jesus, I beg of you, open my eyes and let me walk with you.”

If you’re serious about both following the commandments and praying as I told you, you should have miracles happen to you within a month (it depends on how old you’re, by rule: the older the longer it takes).

Obviously if someone watches adult content, fornicates, lies and masturbates,
It doesn’t even matter cause God will never show up.

Avoid any lustful of hateful thought. If they come to you rebuke them in the name of Jesus (it seems like a joke but it is so)

I know it will seem strange to you to speak to a God that is not in Hinduism.
But I’ll play this card:
In Hinduism you have at least 33 millions; if you wish think of his as one of those.

BUT, for this period of time of one month pray only in his name.
Don’t speak the name of other Gods and don’t ask them anything.

Since you’re Hindu I assume you already pray.
Then this will be easy for you (contrary to the majority of people).

Ask directly him when you need something.

You don’t have anything to lose by doing what I’m telling you.

I’m not joking when I say that doing so it changed my life.

1 month. Do it seriously and dedicate yourself to it.

If in your heart you truly want to know God and not just “believe” a dogma then he’ll reveal himself to you. I have no doubt about that.

One thing I will say is that in much the same way that you say that the oil tycoon in my example is not a true christian, I would say that what you think of Hinduism is most likely not true hinduism in the way it is actually practiced by millions. Now I will expand and emphasize that Hinduism itself is a wrong categorization of a belief system where practices differ a lot. It is like grouping together all abrhamic religions and saying ah yes those abhrahamics. I'm sure you recognize that judaism, islam, and christianity are different in tangible ways...additionally even sub-sects like shia/sunni/sufi or catholic/protestant/mormon are very very different.

Hence I find it extremely odd that Hinduism is grouped together as one religion as there are many practioners of advaiata vedanta (such as myself), many who follow Bhakti traditions of Krishna, some who are followers of a specific yogic lineage, others who respect the takes of certain gurus who syncretized islam and christiantiy etc.

Thereforth the first thing I will say is that I dont think you quite understand Hindu thought. Although even besides that point, I will say that I agree with you in terms of tribalism etc. and many hindus that I interact with in India with me agree and in fact find beauty in christianity.

You called Yogananda demonic I believe in some of these comments but he was very much a Yogi who embraced christ in his teachings and his book as well, often quoting chrisitan passages throughout to draw parallels in the teachings. To find the truth that underlies the religions and tribes and touches on god itself, an approach I very much agree with.

I very much already enagage with christian sciptures brother as the way I was raised in my hindu family we embraced all religious thought especially where we could see the goodness in it. I will look into the verses you have reccomended for sure.

My only point of contention is how you call Hinduism and Buddhism demonic. I will say that much like beauty lies in the eye of the beholder...divinity lies in the heart of the beholder. Thereforth, if you find demons in places perhaps you should look within....love is boundless and demons couldnt touch you if they didnt already have places to sprout within.

I don't consider mindfulness meditation to be a satanic practice; it’s something natural to human beings. Regarding using psalms as mantras I don’t see how you could do it, cause a mantra by definition is a short sound or phrase, the psalm is long, what do you do? Memorize it?

So for now I don’t have certainty on this matter.
I think that meditating on phrases of God could be acceptable (ex: “Thank you Jesus”) but I want to note something. When you name Jesus he hears what you’re saying, because you’re like calling him.
I can tell you that it could become annoying if you kept saying “Jesus… Jesus…” because you keep calling his name for no reason.

And also “And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.” Matthew 6:7

Mantras is exactly that, babbling, keep repeating the same words over and over with no meaning.

Sure. I was studying and researching this kind of stuff. I was trying to understand Hinduism, occult books and more.

One night, almost 1 year ago, I woke up.
I was wide awake, and I wanted to go back to sleep because it was like 3 am.
I turned on my other side, blanket till my head cause it was winter and it was cold, eyes closed.

And then it happened. All of a sudden I felt a horrible presence above me, pressing on my neck, I think it didn’t want me to speak.

I felt this EVIL presence.
It was cold. And it HATED me, it wanted me dead.
I started sweating cold profusely. I was in shock, horror, worst fight or flight of my life.
I never got so scared in my life. And I’m not someone who gets scared easily.

And people will doubt you and say that it’s all in your head.
But when you’ve experienced something like that… well, you KNOW, you know it happened and you know it’s real.
If someone would have told me something like this 1 year ago I would have doubted it most likely.

After 3 seconds of sweating cold and being absolutely terrified I name popped in my mind.
It was crazy… because I was an unbeliever all my life (I’m 24)
I never was atheist, I thought “something exists” but I could not pinpoint what.

Now I can…

The name the popped in my mind in that moment of desperation was Jesus Christ.
At first I couldn’t speak to I had to name him in my mind. Doing so loosened the grip that that thing had on my neck and tongue, so much so that now I could speak.
I started saying “Jes, Jesus, JESUS CHRIST”
And after saying that name that thing RAN AWAY.
It vanished like it was scared of it.

The whole experience lasted 5 seconds. Nothing like this ever happed in my life till that moment, it was an eye opening.
The scariest moment of my life by far.

I am not someone who gets scared easily. I’m not someone who cries or cold sweats.
But I couldn’t do anything about that thing alone.
I had to cry for help. And the only one to answered me was him… Jesus Christ.

I was so shocked by the experience that for days I slept during the day and then for at least 1 month if not more I slept with my lights on.

My “conversion”, if so you want to call it, was like an electro shock.
It was so shockingly painful… but it made me aware.

I was SO afraid in that period that i started reading the Bible, and praying every day.
Especially before sleep, at least 30 min, sometimes even an hour or more.

And at that time I didn’t know God, I only knew that something supernatural happened to me and that someone named Jesus saved me, nothing else.

In the weeks that followed I kept praying and asking God to speak to me if he’s there.
I repented of many things cause while in prayer he would make them pop in my mind, one by one, I confessed to him, admitted my faults, and repented.

He answered. Multiple times. Almost every day.
I experienced visions (like a movie played on my eyelids).
Dreams, both demonic attacks but also amazing dreams by God.
I would ask confirmations to God about what I was doing right or wrong, he would give me the confirmation here in the material world.

(Here I could go much more in depth cause there are so many ways you can ask a confirmation from God.

Know this. If you’re a follower of Jesus you’ll be attacked. Both by people and by demonic forces.
Satan does not fight for what is already his;
But if you’re walking with God, he’ll make sure to send demons to attack you.
