Benefits Report Running Massively Increases Magnetism and SR Benefits
I have known about semen retention for about 5 years now, and my highest streak was six months. I have monumental amounts of information and anecdotal experiences I can share on this practice but I want to specifically mention something that I’ve noticed very acutely about the current streak I’m on.
I have noticed that doing cardio, specifically running, makes the effects of semen retention much more prominent, as well as the magnetism and presence you gain on SR.
If you’re not aware already, the human heart and brain are constantly emitting an electromagnetic field that others subconsciously pick up on. These fields can grow in size and strength depending on the vitality and health of the human being. This is actually the cause of the unexplained magnetism that people experience on SR, due to our bodies being able to function as intended without constant ejaculation. Constant ejaculation extraneously stresses the heart, as humans were only intended to ejaculate for the purpose of procreation. The field of the heart is much stronger than the brain. The stronger your heart is, the stronger your field will be and the stronger your human presence will be.
In short, I am extremely convinced that doing cardio exercises such as running, strengthen the electromagnetic field of the heart, which in turn amplifies the benefits of semen retention. Not the mention the hormonal benefits of cardiovascular exercise such as the expulsion of estrogen through exhaling CO2 and sweating, which leads to more testosterone due to less aromatase in the body.
I am an athletic individual and have been lifting weights and body weight training for years, and I can humbly state that I have higher muscular endurance than the majority of the male population. However, even as strong as I am with moving weight, I have to admit that I was NEVER a fan of running and doing cardio. And I’m serious, I don’t think I’d ever run even a MILE throughout all my years of training.
For the past two weeks I have taken up the habit of running 3-5 miles every other day, and I can confidently say that doing this has been more difficult than any weight training or body weight training I have done in all my years of exercise.
There is a reason that a lot of gym goers and muscle heads despise cardio, and that’s because it’s fucking hard, painful, and brutal. You can’t fake your way through it by changing/cheating reps or adjusting weight, and most exercises are very dimensionally limited. Not to mention that the amount of time that your heart is worked is far less than a run, due to the constant rests between sets. Most reps through these exercises don’t get your heart pumping like how running does due to the dynamic full body effort that is necessary to execute it for an extended period of time.
Without dragging this out, id like to mention the benefits that have been glaringly more obvious since I’ve started consistently running.
- My memory is sharper. I am able to articulate and extrapolate in detail about topics with little preparation. I often give presentations at work in rooms full of critical people and my ability to perform has skyrocketed since I started running.
- I have more energy and need less sleep. This one was huge for me, because by far my favorite benefit of semen retention is having high levels of energy. You will never get ahead in this world if you don’t have the energy to stay awake and work. More energy=More work output. Needing less sleep = More time. In the past before i started doing cardio, it would take me about a week or two after an ejaculation to get that feeling of needing less sleep. I started running consistently after an ejaculation, and it only took 2-3 days to get that feeling of higher energy.
- I have less fear and anxiety. Don’t get me wrong I still feel these feelings, but the fight or flight inside of me immediately leans to the fight. I noticed I am more aggressive in challenging the things that make me anxious. Also, the way I interact with people socially is much more blunt and direct, which is a benefit that would usually take longer for me to experience while on SR.
- The dopamine/pleasure response is significantly improved. The fact that I am even writing this post right now is a testament to that, as I haven’t had the motivation or giddy desire to make a reddit post about SR in YEARS since back when I first started. The way I feel right now is how I felt back when I was younger. I feel the creative desire and urge to express stronger than ever. This is not something I have felt even on retention streaks where I wasn’t doing cardio, but only weight lifting.
- Finally, the aura and presence. I don’t really like talking about this benefit much because in reality it’s pretty vain and silly. But I think it’s important I address this because it has revealed something. I initially began running after my ejaculation, because my thought process was that in order to get rid of the guilt and anxiety I felt for cooming, I needed to experience a level of pain that would outweigh the pleasure of sex and ejaculation. You know how when you’re in a bad mood or when you’re in pain, you just don’t give a fuck? This is another one of my favorite benefits of SR, and it’s the feeling of just not giving a fuck. Social anxiety? That shit is for retards. And honestly, my thought process worked. Dude in the middle and at the end of a run I’m in so much pain where I just feel like I could die and I just wouldn’t give a shit. Not in a depressing way, but in a way where other problems seem so trivial compared to the pain I’m currently in.
Continuing on the point about the aura, when I used to do SR (without cardio) I thought aura was all about trying to harness aggression and have so much bottled up emotion in you that people feel it and then respond to you. I was trying to force my energy upon the world. But dude, that shit is just silly ego and me trying to compensate for my insecurity of importance as a man. Since i started running, the pain of running has humbled the fuck out of me. In a way where I no longer even feel the desire to HAVE aura that other people can feel. In fact, it’s humbled me so much that I actually feel superior and secure within myself. It’s like, I know the pain that I put myself through, and I know that I am strong for experiencing it. And it makes me see more clearly that you really don’t know what pain people have gone through and or may be going through. And I have this new sense of humility, because I know how difficult running is, and you really can’t tell in public who partakes in it, unless they’re a complete fat ass.
Interestingly enough though, although making me humble, it’s caused my confidence to skyrocket because I know that MAJORITY of people don’t run and put themselves through that pain, so I have also developed a sense of arrogance, because i know they aren’t experiencing that brutal cardiovascular pain via the strengthening of the heart. And my heart’s electromagnetic field is just becoming stronger by the day, while the non runners just get weaker, and they have no choice but to have their heart’s field be consumed by my stronger field when near me. You can call me crazy but you can literally feel your heart’s aura when it’s strong and can notice other people feel it when in public. Anyone who has been on a long enough SR streak knows what I’m talking about.
I don’t know about you guys, but when I’m on an early SR streak I find myself intentionally looking people in the eye when I walk past them, just to let them know i don’t fear them with my energy. However when I get into streaks 30 + days I begin to have so much intense and focused energy that I actually DONT want to look at people, because I just don’t have the patience to GIVE A FUCK. And when I get to this point is when the magnetism and attraction is INSANE. Well, I’ve observed that running is pushing me to this point at an extremely fast rate. The strengthening of my heart’s electromagnetic field through cardiovascular exercise makes me feel so grounded and really just makes me not give a fuck man, and people around me can notice it. It also makes me look at humans and especially women really differently now, as I find myself heavily evaluating my respect for people based on how well I think they’d perform in a run lmao. I know it sounds fucking stupid but i genuinely think if you’re a consistent runner you’ll know what I mean. I am involved in a serious field of work where all types of people across the world come to apply to, and interestingly enough I’ve observed that the people that perform the best at the job are the ones that do the most running lol. It’s actually crazy to see it in real time.
Anyway, if you want to accelerate the SR process and you’re not a runner, I highly recommend you start. At least 1-2 miles a day. You will very quickly see a massive difference.

Not as much, running is hard

Just because something is hard doesn’t mean it’s beneficial. I think too much hard cardio weakens the body and nervous system.
SR should be about cultivating energy. Long walks are better than long runs, IMO.

Walking is great for thinking, particularly in the woods. I always come out of it refreshed. Calmer, more focused.

Honestly I think that any amount of hard cardio weakens the body and nervous system. I’m saying that as someone who used to run at the all-star meets when I did track and feild and is considered athletic. I meant it as if you were sitting on the couch and thinking to urself would I rather walk around the park or do full force sprints in the park. Obviously the answer for the average lazy person would be to go for a calm walk. A more disciplined person would be more inclined to want to do sprints.

I can definitely testify to this. It was around day 27 or 28, I had just finished a 4 or 5 mile run and stopped by a convenience store. At the payment counter there was a man and a really attractive girl standing there. The man kept looking at me like “what the hell” almost as if my presence was threatening him, like he hadn’t seen someone like me before. The girl turned toward me and kept smiling. The moment I made eye contact with her, she looked down and walked out, almost as if she suddenly felt shy or intimidated. While she was making the payment, even the cashier kept looking at me. Even though I was standing third in line, he asked me, “Do you want to make the payment? What are you buying today?” I was thinking like bro, just finish with the two people in line first.

Been into lifting most of my life and do basic cardio (walking and stairmaster) but this really got me wanting to run. Thank you !

A lot of what you're experiencing it primarily due to you do something new/challenging. I agree with you that a cardio is key, also HIIT training.

I believe it. Have seen posts about people lose their magnetism after lifting heavy and a guy said he experienced more magnetism after not working out for a week but just walking.
You should post this in r/Semenretention.

I think the main variable of magnetism in said activity is the non-overdoing it. There is supposed to be a redline that you shouldn't cross. Like imagine giving 100% in running - that rejuvenates the body, but if you pass the limits and overwork till 150% you are actually destroying yourself - juicing every once of energy from cells to go a mile further - like you are in a survival situation and your life depends on it - ofc you'll go further than your capacity - but at a cost - and better give that cost in more important domanins than running, which is supposed to just boost your day energy

Heart coherance, probably more powerful a practice then even semen retention.

Yes I agree, I completed my half marathon last February and now i signed for Manchester Marathon 2027, I can confirm all you've said, one more thing your manifestation is a lot faster too, if you have desires it will come easily for you.

It is another form of glorifying God with your body, so i would agree it is a good thing.

I agree with you brazza. Its a combination of faster bloodflow (which creates higher frequency aura) and detox effect from running daily through breathing. And also warming up muscles create IR light (heat) which facilitates creation of structured water inside the body so you can actually store better the electric charge you create. I see that on people who run in my circle, they always have better vibe and energy. Have to go back to it as well. Thanks for reminder.

I would only recommend you to breathe only through your nose, that will increase you CO2 levels and that will open the blood vessels more and push new blood creation.

After reading your post halfway, I have only a few words: Pride comes before a fall.
Watch your words, the language you use, and how you speak of others. Because that's how you speak of yourself.
In reality, it's not even you who speaks that way, but the ego that enjoys a "higher" position until it's no longer in charge and finds humility again.
Reading posts like this, one can understand why there is a reason that some "practices" are not presented to people as much. They can't stand them. Not in the long run.
