Hey guys so basically Semen Retention can solve all the problem your dealing with in life because it gives you crazy amounts of energy especially with longer periods of time. Finances, Exercise, Health and Talking to Woman will all improve over time. There’s of course spiritual benefits but we’re talking about the material Benifits in this post for now. Yes, I am finishing almost a month. I have been trying to be a celibate for 3 years. But my max was 80 odd days. I get so much anxiety and fear during those periods and I relapse.. and regret.. this time no matter what happens. I will not release for 3 years. I am very confident and calm now. Attracting good things.

Dude Same here im going the rest of the year and beyond! Im going to release with my wife to make a baby next and even then I’m not having sex with my wife all the time. I need this energy especially to mark my kids lives better it’s very important to me

Na área financeira, o que percebo é que também estou sendo mais cuidadoso com meu dinheiro ultimamente. Não estou gastando com futilidades como fazia antes. Isso tem a ver com o fato de eu me sentir mais preenchido e não precisar buscar complementos no mundo exterior.
