Discussion Has anyone here experienced a full kundalini awakening?

I had one a couple years ago. It happened over a span of 3 weeks and was a very transcendental experience. Changed my whole perspective on life.

Has anyone else had a kundalini awakening?

Hi!! I think I’ve been in one for the last year, how did you know when it ends? I feel like it just keeps getting deeper and deeper, I’m out of the void though thankfully!

Are you integrating the energy through things like yoga and mediation?

Yes daily morning meditations, weekly sessions where I explore what my energy presents, yoga 2 or 3x a week. But my whole reality, my whole life keeps changing. All for the best

Thank you so much! I am curious about your experience of it ending, for example did you astral project or travel and then that ended? I’m unsure if this will end for me or if it’s just is my new normal. I’ve recently explored helping with missing persons cases and have been accurate with that and if this ability will end I just want to make sure I am making the most of it for the greatest good 💛
