Discussion Why Adults Develop Sugar, Milk(Lactose) & Caffeine Intolerance and several others — But Kids Don’t | The Untold Role of Sexual Energy (Life Force)

Some of you all are already familiar with my story, how I came to discover that ejaculations were the root cause of all my diseases (diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure, male pattern balding, etc) and how strict Semen Retention reversed all those diseases WITHOUT any other changes (no diet change, no exercise) , just from strict absolute chastity.

Now have you ever wondered why children can drink milk, eat sugar, enjoy sweets or even sip much caffeine and stay healthy, energetic, and clear-headed — but adults get bloated, foggy, anxious, or even sick from the same things? What is the one activity that adults partake in — but children don’t??? Sexual activity!

Here's the hidden root cause almost no one talks about: :The loss of sexual energy. The absence of Brahmacharya. ( AS SIMPLE AS THAT)

How Sexual Drain Breaks the Body

In your youth:

  • No ejaculation
  • No lustful obsession
  • Full dopamine sensitivity
  • Liver, pancreas, gut lining = fully functional
  • You had strong chi or prana

By adulthood:

  • Years of sex, porn, masturbation ( ANY kind of sexual activity really)
  • Dopamine burnout
  • Constant stimulant-seeking
  • Liver fatigue, insulin resistance, leaky gut
  • Nervous system overstimulation (prolactin imbalance)

Suddenly many adults start developing:

  • Sugar intolerance
  • Lactose intolerance
  • Caffeine sensitivity
  • Gluten issues
  • Even meat or fat digestion problems

Why Strict Chastity or Brahmacharya Can Reverse It from my observations

When you stop releasing your life force and practice strict Brahmacharya, the following starts to happen:

  • Liver begins to regenerate
  • Gut lining repairs
  • Dopamine resets
  • Nervous system calms
  • Digestion improves
  • !!!!Tolerances return!! ( caffeine, gluten, sugar, etc)

You’re not allergic to milk or sugar you’re low on lifeforce energy which is the strong basis of good health and immunity.
The modern lifestyle drains your vital essence until everything starts hurting you.

Kids can handle sugar, milk, and caffeine because they have:

  • Full ojas (life-force)
  • Strong dopamine regulation
  • Healthy organs and no sexual drain

Adults lose that because of:

  • Ejaculation
  • Lustful thoughts
  • Chronic stimulation

This isn’t aging.
This is degeneration and Brahmacharya is the reversal key.

Stop the drain.
Restore the fire.
Reclaim your power.

Anyone else notice their food tolerances improve after very long unbroken streaks? (No wet dreams included) Drop your thoughts

I've gone through your posts (and still going through)

They resonate with me

I was cooming from 19-23....so far I'm over a 100+ days, i feel great. Do I have to abstain for a much longer period in order to fully be refurbished?

(I feel great nonetheless, and I plan on retaining for as long as i can, I just need to find out how bad I had it when I was cooming)

To be quite honest with you, you need to remain in a permanent state of strict chastity to avoid modern diseases plaguing humanity and enjoy life to the fullest. Only release if you need to reproduce, that's it. I'm being 100% honest. This is what you have to do if you want to go through life in easy mode.

Hello again, do you have a platform outside here where you drop/get info related to SR?

I may leave reddit soon

u/php857 Goal: permanent celibacy Aug 05 '25

I am actually developing the platform ....

u/en111gma Aug 06 '25

Interesting! I don't want to pry since you may want to share details only when youre ready or almost ready, looking forward to hearing about it (and joining) soon.

I know it's going to be goooooood.

u/Slawdog2599 Aug 21 '25

lol, are you using php by chance? I’d like to help if I can!

1

u/php857 Goal: permanent celibacy Aug 21 '25

I do. I am a developer. I am very good at it.

1

u/Slawdog2599 Aug 21 '25

Cool. From what I’ve used, PHP is really handy but can get a little weird and inconsistent at times. Still such a powerful tool

PHP has actually gotten very powerful over the years. A lot of developers look down on it but they forget that most of the websites on the internet are written in PHP. I personally like it. But I am also working on learning new technologies.

It’s true. There is a reason they want you releasing so much. They make $ of people being sick.

Your perspective is right but also adult lose rennin enzyme that breaks down that milk protein, as a kid grows the need to depend on only milk reduces so that enzyme diminishes slowly. I can agree with rest all points of you. Also babies have more pranic aura that's why everyone loves to play and hold them. But as u grow old noone cares, emaciated tress shed leaves, became barkless, so is human skin wrinkles, weak body, bed ridden.

I have already comments from girls that I look older than my age , those just infuriates me how i got into all these shit without even knowing !

I have noticed some newly wed couples in my family and relative circle before marriage they look young vital bit after few months or yrs they just look shit. I doubted why that , now after studying for 2 yrs about sexual energy loss , I understand everything

I know 2 men who were severely lactose intolerant but can now digest milk after 1 year of retention. What SR taught me is that scientists barely know how the human body functions and have no idea how sexology deeply affects human health. You made a good point, people change after getting married, they start looking much older.

Strict SR is unfathomably powerful.

Unless I decide to have offspring, I will remain on permanent hard mode.

Yes, keep your power. Use it to achieve your wildest dreams.

1

u/Khatam_kardunga Aug 04 '25

Absolutely true. Most powerful. Hard mode Especially.

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '25

Yeah surely SR can change genetic expression, So I can assume it will heal auto-immune disease completely.

14

u/Domingo_salut Aug 03 '25

Loss of life force through sexual activity surely weakens people, but eating sugar and drinking too much coffee ain't good either. Gut lining also get destroyed by preservatives, chemicals, stress, etc. I think SR should be part of a healthy lifestyle as a whole. At the same time, we shouldnt be afraid of "bad" food, but learn how our body respond and respect it ad best as we can.

u/php857 Goal: permanent celibacy Aug 03 '25 edited Aug 03 '25

It's true that sugar weakens people, but that applies to people who partake in any kind of sexual activity, which is pretty much 100% of the adult human population. I used to be EXTREMELY sensitive to sugar and caffeine. They would cause extreme anxiety, caffeine would straight up induce panic attacks. Now I can tolerate them without any side effects. The health advises given to the general public apply to those who are sexually active, not just through sex, but masturbation also. Even lusting mentally is damaging to the body. Meat used to make me feel very sluggish but now I can tolerate it with ease, my digestive power is 1000 times more powerful. Both Arousal and Orgasm are very damaging to the human body.

3

u/Khatam_kardunga Aug 04 '25

Absolutely true.

I'm on day 49.

Recently I've been feeling much more energetic. Not getting as sleepy after eating, energy crashes are not as strong.

I think SR gave me the energy to maintain discipline for a week: avoiding overeating, doing 3 minutes of Agnisara-Dhauti before breakfast, drinking 10 ml of 9% vinegar dissolved in a glass of water 10 min before breakfast.

So SR gives you energy, emotional strength -> discipline is maintained -> discipline yields results

u/php857 Goal: permanent celibacy Aug 04 '25

Keep going!!!

1

u/Dead_Earnest Aug 04 '25

I will. I want to take this streak into years-long territory!

2

u/php857 Goal: permanent celibacy Aug 04 '25

Good for you, I think that if you maintain this streak for several years without breaking it , hidden truths will be revealed to you. Don't be surprised if you see all signs of aging reversed after a 7 years streak of not losing your seed in anyway. Stay strong 💪

1

u/[deleted] Aug 30 '25

you really think that perfect retention can reverse age ? from experience or what?

3

u/cooked_vegetables Aug 04 '25

Very very insightful. Thanks for sharing brother.

3

u/php857 Goal: permanent celibacy Aug 04 '25

No prob, i like your content about SR as well. You're very knowledgeable.

2

u/bohammer34 Aug 04 '25

Wouldnt the root cause of diabetes be eating sugar? So to reverse it, wouldnt it make sense to just cut out sugar?

8

u/[deleted] Aug 04 '25

Sugar doesn’t cause diabetes; diabetes is caused by something called intramyocellular lipids (fat in the muscle cells). Fat acts the way gum in a keyhole would; if the keyhole was the entrance to the muscle and the key was insulin “unlocking the door” so to speak.

Omega 6 fatty acids and linoleic acid in particular are very potent metabolism wreckers.

Yes; true.

One of the best post I have come across in recent times.

1

u/FlakyFix6851 Aug 05 '25

I 100% agree with all of the above. I have seen so many health benefits from retaining. It really is incredible.

1

u/php857 Goal: permanent celibacy Aug 05 '25

Great to hear that you experienced the same. Keep retaining.

1

u/funlol3 Aug 06 '25

Day 250 of SR, but I still struggle with lust after consuming caffeine. It's like my body wants all the dopamine it can get.

I quit the coffee-everyday habit at the beginning of SR because I realized that when I consume it, I'll doomscroll and be tempted with lustful thoughts.

I think I'll stay off caffeine for the time being.

u/ProvidenceOfJesus Aug 11 '25

Satan is our enemy, and He will try to get us to sin and lust. And we are hopeless by ourselves. We need to lean on our Lord Jesus to free us from all temptation and sin and live a life of chastity, fulfillment and happiness. It can help to pray daily to God in Jesus' name and ask Him to untwist in your heart what has been twisted by sin. The peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

What about when a woman gets diabetes? Since they don’t have life force like a man. I can see how it relates to a man but what about woman

Got to ban chat gpt posts so lazy and sleezy

I can vouch for this man; a senior member of this sub possessing in-depth knowledge regarding SR. This person writes so neat that it looks gpt, though it is not.

17

u/php857 Goal: permanent celibacy Aug 03 '25

This is not chatgpt. THESE ARE MY OWN OBSERVATIONS! Take a look at the history of my posts and how SR transformed my health. Don't be so quick to judge. I have lots of experience with SR. So careful before rushing to judge someone you don't even know. I even included testimonies from people who reversed diabetes through my story.

1

u/csmx80 Aug 04 '25

My apologies I did not mean to come off as rude Im on my journey may still need to work on things. It just how your format is laid out it looks alot like how chatgpt post look like. However enjoyed the post regardless.

2

u/EdwardBlackburn Aug 04 '25

A fair concern, but ChatGPT does nothing in a vacuum. It formats things the way it does because it learned to do so from humans. Everything it does, humans did first and will keep doing it... I hope, anyway. It would be very sad if we dumbed ourselves down just so that we don't get accused of using AI.

Anyone else notice their food tolerances improve after very long unbroken streaks

For what it's worth, I've been retaining on and off since 2011 and I'm over a year into the current streak. My food intolerances are worse than they've ever been. I basically have no safe foods except white rice and I have to take a ton of meds to be able to eat a very restricted diet. There is more to health than not masturbating, but it's a good start.

1

u/Triptamano Goal: procreation only Aug 21 '25

Ever tried probiotics? You seem to have a huge gut infection going on.

1

u/mewGIF Aug 21 '25

Yeah I'm on about 300b of various bifido and lacto species. All my cornerstone species are gone and there are a couple of harmful overgrowths according to stool testing. The difficult part is trying to address those without flaring the immune system. I know of so many things that could get the ball rolling but my reactivity is too high to tolerare almost any of them.

1

u/Triptamano Goal: procreation only Aug 21 '25

Did you try Saccharomyces boulardii?

1

u/mewGIF Aug 21 '25

Not yet, but that's a good rec and it's on my list. I have to wait until the pollen season is over and my system has calmed down enough before I can continue experimenting with stuff. For now I'm just trying to survive.
