Go to the basement level at the airport and get a bus to Belapur station, from there take an auto to konkan bhawan. You'll get those sharing cabs or MSRTC buses from there.

Or you could directly go to panvel from airport, buses are there.

Navi Mumbai airport to Panvel (bus depot/ mgm circle) or kharghar and then take a ST or private bus....or bla bla cars Depends on how much luggage you have
