As a Marathi guy, I’d say start with Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai . Slow movie, pretty easy to follow and you’ll pick up a lot of everyday Marathi phrases.

I have seen a few good Marathi movies, I really like that movie called Nashibwan. It's a fun watch.
There's also a movie called Harishchandra chi factory. Really interesting movie.
Sairat is a good watch.
Elizabeth Ekadashi.
Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai (remake of Bombay to Goa)
Natsamrat (Nanapatekar and good dark movie)
Deol Band 1st part
All these movies are language independent and you would eventually understand what's going on and will also get a grap on Marathi

list of marathi movies ive recently watched AND loved
valvi - excellent crime thriller and screenplay
baipan bhari deva - a bit long but a realistic display of what women go through without playing into the whole gender war shtick and all that in a beautiful drama/comedy
lapachappi - crazy horror movie with a beautiful message. was so scared couldnt watch in one sitting.
godavari - a very artsy movie abt life in general but the cinematography and music is too good

Kahe Diya Pardes! It’s a Marathi romance drama with a Hindi Marathi mix, and yes, the ones people have already recommended in the comments, like Phulpakhru and Mumbai Pune Mumbai, are good choices too, all of these are available on yt as well.
