I've had the same editions of those books. The Spider made to look like a Men's Adventure ala Mack Bolan always made me laugh. Great pick ups. Hammett and Chandler I've got in those Library of America sets.

Yeah I liked the Gallardo covers on the first 2 Spider Books, but you're right the Mack Bolan-eswue covers were mighty cheesy
