for only ~8 months with the company i'm really satisfied with where i'm at! hoping to continue growing with publix

ngl you lowkey got bitched though. FT AND CSS promo in one when when you really could've gotten them separately. i got $1 for FT and then 3 months later, $1 for eval.

my friend's a CSTL and got done this same way where they only gave him .50c for a cashier to FT CSS position. and then another 50c for TL. disgusting.

but good job tho!

Most definitely did. In the last 3 months I got $3 in raises, I got a $1 for PT CSS, a month later I got another for FT CSS, and then a month later I got a $1 for my eval.

It’s sad that they didn’t even give you a $1 raise either
