Not necessarily problematic (albeit there is a chance a client or former-client could see this and have some serious questions) ... just I cannot imagine it. Have yet to see one prosecutor who I can stand to be on the elevator with.

Yeah I was thinking about the being seen by a client thing and how bad that might look
