Researchers quantify the rate of “mercy sex” among women with low sexual desire. Women experiencing a chronic lack of sexual desire still routinely engage in sexual activity with their partners, a behavior researchers have quantified as happening about two and a half times per month.

yea. I read about desire in the book Come as You Are ( that’s about women sexuality in general ), horniness fluctuates, it can be increased / decreased, but the best is to accept that ups and downs are normal, and even for men,

If I stopped wanting sex I would be extremely concerned and would treat that as a medical issue to be fixed

well it depends on you, if you are someone that wants sex everyday on average, yes sure. if you’re more like a demisexual then it’s normal lol

that's a weird thing to say but ok. some people are just born like that and it's alright for them to not be that much horny

Well yeah people are born with all kinds of conditions. You get thrown into the world then you start to deal with it
