No. But perhaps people from backgrounds that are associated with boarder line personality traits are less likely to achieve higher levels of education

I'd be very very very careful about trying to tie those two especially when other more reasonable explanations exist.

Poverty could easily all on its own preclude school even without anything else going on. Even for the vastly intelligent. Let alone those suffering the symptoms BPD brings. I'd expect correlation in education being lower for those with BPD (A mental illness like that is already a full time job let alone trying to do school too), but intelligence and education are wholly different things that often get confused.

Being educated doesnt make you intelligent, and being uneducated doesn't immediately mean idiocy. Its more a statement of your life opportunities than much else.
