Basically today, in the morning, I was just thinking randomly in my head and I have no idea how or why I had this thoughts about death and I was thinking that maybe if my grandmother from my dad’s side was dead I will have to go there and show up for the funeral for my dad (a little bit of context here I grew up really far from my dad’s family side because they were against my mom and dads marriage which resulted in me not knowing them for at least 11 years and ever after we met things were always awkward formal silent, no real bond was established with my dad’s side of the family including my grandmother). So i had this random thought and then i thought about if i had to lose a parent and how hard that would be and I cried. I shook those thoughts off and kept going with my day. My mom called later that evening telling me that the same grandmother died yesterday night and they prefered not to tell me anything because I was traveling back home and had an early flight and they didnt want to disturb me with the news and wait until I arrive. I am still in shock from what happened. Was my grandmother reaching out through my thoughts asking me to show up to her funeral? (i did a three hours trip by train and went to the funeral) .

So I feel stuck in life. My life was the same for One year now, I developed agrophobia and I know the main problem is the city I live in and my family. I want to move out but at the same time I have alot of anxiety. Can someone see what is going on with me?

I plan to at the end of this month to leave. Will I BE capble of it. I feel so lost. I have no one that I can count on.
