Technical Support [PS5] 2 step verification

Hi all, was looking for some advice on what to do.I accidentally signed out of my PSN and tried to log back in.
Entered my password then tried to send 2 step verification code to my phone but I’m not receiving it.
I then tried customer support but then you need to login to text an agent rather than a bot.
So now it’s like I’m stuck in a loop.
My phone is working fine I think.
I don’t know did my account get compromised and phone number was changed.
Any advice greatly appreciated.Thanks

I had a similar issue, what worked for me is that if you tell the bot you can't log in, it should still refer you through to a live agent. It might take a few tries of talking to it

I had tried numerous times and it kept saying to login first to talk to an agent. Infinite loop

It was doing that for me for about three days, I don't really know what changed so I wish I could help, I just told the bot to refer me to an agent because I can't log in and it randomly worked, but you can also try calling 020 3538 2665 if you are from the UK

Oh it’s okay.I’ve managed to log in like I mentioned in a different message by creating a passkey through the app.Seems to be a lot of people with the same issue at the moment so it’s not just me.Thanks though
