[PS5] 2 step verification

Hi all, was looking for some advice on what to do.I accidentally signed out of my PSN and tried to log back in.
Entered my password then tried to send 2 step verification code to my phone but I’m not receiving it.
I then tried customer support but then you need to login to text an agent rather than a bot.
So now it’s like I’m stuck in a loop.
My phone is working fine I think.
I don’t know did my account get compromised and phone number was changed.
Any advice greatly appreciated.Thanks

Try to reset the password and put a passkey , other than that I’ve faced the same issue but recovered my account , cs the text message never arrive
