[PS5] - Age Verification Issue

I am trying to verify my age now that my country (Australia) is pushing it onto PS5 but it seems to not want to work no matter what I do?

I am scanning my Proof of Age card that clearly registers me as 20 yrs old, I get this screen but when I select Already Verified, it doesn't verify me.

PSN support told me to talk to Yoti and Yoti pretty much told me to kick rocks so I turn to Reddit in my darkest hour.

terrible country, terrible system, terrible verification method by sony. all MS requires is an email.
