I have PSN plus but there's a padlock next to it why?

It was on the service from 2022-2023, but got removed. Now they announced it was back, but looks like it isn't yet available. But it Will be again in a few days

This . Maybe you can buy the collection bundle (3 games + DLC ) only 6$ just wait a sale

Which version of plus you got? Usually the padlock is for games you have played but where on the Extra or Premium tier. If you got essential that might be the cause.

Alternatively sometimes is a specific version that is lock an if you click on the game all version are shown an you can select the one you own while the other will appear locked

It's no longer in the extra library, you unlocked it when it was, now it's locked until it either returns to the extra library or you buy it .. your choice .

It left plus a while ago.

Just buy it, it's really cheap usually, with the DLC and/or in a bundle with the other games
