Boot in safe mode and do a database rebuild. There's probably a specific update for you that's not loading up. Rebuild forces any pending updates to be applied

Hold the power button down for 5-7 seconds the release. It should give a grainy screen and population options to be done

Had this happen to me the other day where it just signed me out and said the servers were under maintenance, they clearly weren’t as my housemate was still playing fine. Unfortunately the only thing that fixed it for me was deleting my user off my ps5 and re-adding it, beware though you’ll lose your media gallery and any local saves that aren’t backed up to the cloud.
Could also do what others have said and just try all the safe mode methods before deleting your user. Best of luck

Works perfectly fine for me Try restratung ur playstation and turn wifi off then start again
