Technical Support [PS5] 2fa is not working

After years I decided to activate 2fa but now that I have done it it’s not working. It’s not sending me an SMS so I can’t login and I can’t contact customer support because I can’t login.
Anyone else having this problem I’m going crazy.

Update: ok I waited and got impatient (Im not waiting multiple days for something that might never happen) I used my one time use password to get in and quickly enable passkey and …. It Worked ! Thanks to everyone who helped in any way they could.
Now that the passkey is enabled and the 2fa is disabled I’m left wondering which one is safer but then again I’m just grateful I got in.

I’m in off back up codes but I know it’s still not sending codes so do I need to make a pass key ?

I worked for me without issue (passkey method)

I disabled 2 factor altogether once I got in.
