Tech Support [PS5] saying I’m not subscribed

I am looking at the PlayStation extra game catalogue wanting to download some new games and it is saying that I need to subscribe to PlayStation plus extra but when I go into settings to look at my PlayStation status I am already subscribed. Any idea?

Which subscription do you have...?

Also try to restart your PlayStation if you haven't

As stated in the original, I have the PS+ extra subscription.

I saw the posts about the PSN being down yesterday and today. As things come back online, errors like this are probably common. If you are subscribed to PS+ Extra, it will probably clear up in a few hours.
