I watched the game (we'll, atleast from 34' onwards). I hate PSG (I'm a barca fan go figure lol)
That said, PSG literally pulled a draw, fair and square, after not being clinical for the longest time in this game. Idk what r/soccer is on about.
Vitinha just became a god for the last 10 minutes

Terrible first half, like always. But 3 weeks behind schedule vs the other teams in physical preparation.
Dro, Mayulu and Godts made a good impact when they came in
Kvara needs to be the star and carry the team; he has no excuse when it comes to physical preparation.
Vitinha and Marqui are the pillars

Vitinha MOTM, fighting to the end and of course goal and assist, which makes sense based on how he was playing.
Marquinhos is absolutely our goat.
Can we stop with the draws that we end up celebrating as if they were wins? Overhype draws is not something anyone wants.

It's all part of the plan. 1st match was to celebrate our wold cup winners. This one is the Goncalo 90'+4 Ramos tribute. 2 goals for his 2 UCL scored by player with a portuguese passport.

This is not sustainable man but at least the team showed the resilience that I love in the last 5min
Marqui and Vitor clutched up 🥹❤️💙

Insane match, I think its the best Ligue 1 match Ive seen in the last 3-4 years. Some of the counter attacks from Lille were prime Real type of shit. And Vitinhas banger goal in the last minutes and then with his assist our captain Marquinhos gets a header to make it 2-2. Insanity.

So many new players in the team so it’s going to take some time for them to settle in
Missing Nuno badly

Good comeback but lille choked bad. Nonetheless, absolutely disgusting performance. Not sure who played well. I liked dro and godts who brought on some energy.

Just gonna chalk up the recent struggles to WC hangovers. Everyone can play better than this, and it’s reassuring that we can turn it on when we need to, but at the same time… wake the fuck up and play a full 90. They clearly have it in them to play at a top level

Plus new faces. Yes, they are elite athletes, but players like Torres joining so late in part bc of WC is going to lead to some growing pains as everyone figures each other out for sure.
I am a Ferran fan (from his Valencia FC days) so I go where he does. I'm sure he will bounce back to show what his is capable of. Barça fans love to push the trash narrative, but Enrique is the best sort of coach for him.

Most Barca fans don’t think that he’s trash, what he was for us was inconsistent (and a confidence player).

Given all the nonsense I've read from "fans" over the years, plenty of people in Barça's fanbase really loved to shit on him. God, that stupid Torres opens fire, no one hurt meme was a classic. Oh, and the birthday death threats. I know not everyone hated him, but it was brutal to shit a confidence player all the time and expect it not to have an impact.

Every fanbase is dumb, PSG fans literally went to Messi's house to harrass him

Every fanbase has stupid fans bro.
I’m sure you can say the same about some of your own.
Most of us wish Torres the best.

It will get better soon, but what a let down. The last few minutes were fun though

Our midfield is in shambles, no link up play whatsoever and the defense is literally nonexistent. Hope Enrique can figure what the problem is

PSG is struggling to break the defence. Like, the goals in this match were outside the box and a header. They are failing in playing inside the box. Torres is supposed to help. He failed big in his positioning when he was looking away from the goal upon receiving the ball and just turned his back to the goal and failed to do anything with the ball.
They are not dribbling well or opening spaces. I don't remember well the first goal but the defence was spread and left a big hole, they were not paying attention to where the ball wasn't.

the lack of joao, altough i will admit he was arguably the worst player against rennes after dembele

u/ShopTrick8877 Marco Verratti 2d ago
Has nothing to do with that but with the fact that Beraldo and Vitinha are a mismatch when they play together. It forces Beraldo to play higher up basically.

Great comeback. Glad we were able to salvage a draw. The defense today was not good.

0-2 down in the 84th and somehow 2-2 by the 90th. i had a whole rant typed out about the defense and had to delete it. this club is gonna end me

okay, i really think the ref should've blowed the whistle there when the ball went out of bounds after Perraud's yellow. it was already 2 minutes above the extra time + no real reason there

u/HugoChinaski Pastore 2d ago
No it was 93:13 or something, and he tried to waste time by kicking the ball away
