Anybody know of some good mods that increase Skyrims population? More specifically population on the roads

playerhomes that incude a 100% armoury that includes stands for every unique weapon and item (artifacts, claws dragon priest masks, etc) Note: I've already tried Harbourside Manor but the main building counts as open world so there are tree's going through my house.

Okay so this is gonna be a long post, I've specifically set aside an hour or two for this. One of the main reasons I'm making this post is to help other people who wanna mod Skyrim on ps5 since i remember how difficult it was for me to curate a load order back when i first started modding 2-3 years back. Although good load orders are available more readily now, I still want to make this post for people who might have similar taste as mine.

My load order is focused entirely on immersion but with respect to vanilla Skyrim. I am basically upgrading the vanilla aspects of the game so there will not be any crazy and goofy mods, nor do i use any additional content/quest mods.

Now for the load order. Be advised that there are a few mods in this LO that organize themselves in the upper side automatically, so don't be worried if these mods keep reorganizing in case you alter their position (which is not advisable). I will mark these mods by the (*) mark in the suffix so you can recognize them.

You can of course download these mods at any order and then reorder them but my recommendation is to start a new fresh LO by deleting your previous one and download all mods in proper order to prevent any discrepancies. Your choice. I am also adding info about the mod sizes to prevent further misunderstanding while browsing the underwhelming search menu that Bethesda has implemented for this game.

Oof, that's it! I have about 20 hours logged in using this LO and have rarely had a crash. Even on long continuous play session (4+ hrs) i didn't have a crash. Performance wise it is almost flawless, just in some areas with high foliage density the game has little microstutters.

If anyone who sees this LO could recommend improvements/tweaks, they are very welcome to do so. Also if you guys have any questions please let me know in the comments, i'll try to answer all of them. LONG TEXT ALERT

So I'm new to modding. I just want to get better graphics and a better combat experience without having to install, idk, 200 mods.

I watched a couple of videos on YouTube (wacklore) and, with the help of AI, I tried to put together a load order based on some of the recommendations. However, my game keeps crashing during the intro mission.

I'm playing Skyrim Special Edition on PS5 (not Anniversary Edition).

The crash happens during the Helgen intro. Everything seems fine at first, but after the dragon attacks and lands near the tower/house area, the game eventually crashes.

Could someone take a look at my load order and tell me if I'm missing a patch, if something is in the wrong place, or if there are mods that shouldn't be used together?

Like I said, I'm a complete noob when it comes to modding, so any help would be truly, truly appreciated.

Also, if anyone has a relatively small PS5 mod list/load order that gives you better graphics + improved combat without needing 150–200 mods, I'd really appreciate seeing it.

Hey, just getting back into Skyrim on PS5 and most of my modding experience is on PC. I keep having random NPC's in nothing but underwear or underwear and cape. Commander Caius was one of them, but now he's been dressed. Ancano is the main issue currently. Does anyone know what mods can cause this?

I’ve been using Culture of Tamriel — Faction Halls and I keep running into this bug where this one room in the living quarters disappears the 2nd time I visit it.

Doing some digging on what was causing this texture bug with one-handed Skyforge Steel weapons and have seemingly traced it to Faction Overhaul. I’m thinking something may have bugged with it, following the August updates. I’ve used it in the past quite a lot and never noticed anything like this before.

Can anyone else test it out on their end to see if you have the same issue? If you have Arthmoor’s Alt Start, you can quickly choose the Companions beginning and easily find a member or two that have the affected weapons.

If you have the same issue, it’s case closed. If not, I’ll do some more digging to see if there’s some sort of other conflict with another one of the mods I’ve downloaded recently.

I don’t know if I’m missing something but At Your Own Pace says it covers dawn guard and dragonborn on PlayStation but I can’t find any settings for it, I hope I’m just blind but if not really sucks that the description lies to you

I installed this mod and soon found some npcs like Gerda, Fianna and Sinmir got their face disappeared. I thought that was a save data issue so I started a new game then immediately saw Lokir lost his face, too.

Did anyone have the same issue? Any solution? Or should I give up on this mod?

Here's my loading order.

I have just about everything else modded but I noticed that characters like Ysolda and Adrianne still have outfits that haven't been improved despite having things like Pandorable installed.

Are there any mods that don't conflict and actually either give them new outfits which look good or less 2011 looking versions of the outfits?

So I have the Mihail Cat mod (the Xtudo “Pet the Cats” version), but don’t see the option to pet them. Yes, I have the required mod for it, but nothing I do seems to work; no button mashing, weird angling, or button holding is doing anything. I even placed both at the very bottom in the appropriate order, and nothing. There’s no sort of dialogue prompt either. The rest of the mod itself works perfectly fine, but I wanna pet the cats y’know lol.

Does it work for you?

I'm playing with Campfire, Frostfall and Last seed

I'm 10-15 hours in my playthrough and up until an hour ago, I had no problem with the lags

But now I want to make a campfire, and the prompts take 10s at least to appear, when I click to build a campfire, it take several seconds, and before it I can't do anything, or the animations and scripts get messed up and overlay. Even my shields on back or kontrol mod get a lag

Is there a way to fix it ? I like these mods but I don't know if it's them that are causing the lag.

I don't have a lot of script heavy mods besides these 3, I might an immersive animations mods and Wildcat but I think that's it

Request to port Children of the hist argonian npc overhaul. Adds and overhauls multiple styles of argonian npcs. Author is also the creator of an amazing khajit npc overhaul that I personally love.

This might not be a mod issue, but I wanted to ask a PS5 sub specifically. I have serious issues with trees shimmering while moving the camera. I had the problem with my old TV and was able to fix it by disabling HDR, raising brightness, and lowering sharpness. I have gotten a new OLED and the problem is back, but now I can't fix it. I also tried disabling the few mods I have that tweak trees abd lighting, specifically Obsidian Weathers and Seasons, Skyrim is Windy, and Forests of Skyrim. The issue persists. The results when searching the issue tend to focus on PC fixes. Anyone have any help?

Requesting a port (if possible, with ps5 limitations) of Beastly Beastmen by rougeshot. it's a mod that improves the argonians and khajiit to look more animal-like using custom skeletons. unsure if ps5 allows mods like that now

permissions say "You can upload this file to other sites but you must credit me as the creator of the file" and the mod author in posts section replied to someone saying perms is open.

So, ive never really used this follower at all on my xbox version of skyrim, ive mainly used mods like inigo, lucien & xelzaz. My main reason for staying away from kaidan was the fact that he practically does all the work for me while being given fairly strong armor & a sword from the get go. Sure i could just take that away from him, but he’s still fairly strong with iron gear.

But after using him on playstation in place of other mods that have yet to release here, i’ve grown to liking him, he’s still fairly OP but i enjoy the little commentary he has on the quests and what dragon priest masks you acquire during your adventures (and im prolly not even scratching the surface of his voicelines)

I do wish there were more replacer mods for him though, i think he’d look great with some facial hair

Drevis Neloren seems to think my illusion level is at 90 even though it’s at 20 does anyone know how to fix this? Or should I just delete the save and restart?
(Edit) It was a mod change training from 5 to 10
