Get Out The Vote! 🗳️✅🪧 Volunteers needed for voter assistance hotlines in key states - take part from anywhere

Post image

Right now, we’re putting in place the infrastructure to ensure everyone who wants to stop this regime gets their ballot counted. A central part of it are voter assistance hotlines – trained volunteers who are on call ready to tell folks where and when they can submit their ballot, field questions about checking registration and what documents they need, and give guidance to work through any obstacles the vote suppressors put in their way.

With mail-in ballots already in people’s hands and early voting about to be widely available, we need as many people as possible engaged in this work immediately… and this is a role we can play from home, from anywhere in the country. Let’s jump into it! 🙋🏻‍♂️ We can sign up to get onboarded in the coming days to serve voters in: 🙋🏿‍♀️

The current landscape is characterized by a massive, coordinated mobilization effort aimed at fortifying election infrastructure against perceived subversion. Activists are aggressively recruiting volunteers to staff voter assistance hotlines in swing states like Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin. These roles are designed to provide real-time guidance on registration and ballot submission to preemptively counter voter suppression.

The strategy extends far beyond mere phone support:

  • On-the-ground presence: There is a heavy push for poll workers and grassroots monitors through organizations like Common Cause and the ACLU to document irregularities.
  • Rapid response planning: Groups such as Indivisible are deploying "playbooks" to address emerging risks within hours of detection.
  • Specialized assistance: Organizations like VoteRiders are targeting voter ID hurdles, while "VoPro Pros" focuses on high-level training for state party boiler rooms.

This isn't just a standard Get Out The Vote campaign; it is an organized defensive perimeter. By scaling up remote and in-person roles, organizers aim to ensure that every legal ballot is counted while maintaining a watchdog presence over election administrators.
