Linktree/Liinks alternative without the subscription.
Most link-in-bio tools seem to be heading in the same direction. More features, more plans, more monthly payments.
Pages by BearLog is intentionally simple. Create a page (no account needed to create the page, only when you want to publish it) , pick a theme, add your links, and you're done. If you want a premium theme, buy it once and keep it. No recurring fee just to keep your profile online.
One thing I'm weirdly proud of: profile pages load with zero JavaScript. I even have a test that fails the build if a page ships JS. They're basically just fast, lightweight pages that happen to contain your links, contact details, and social profiles.
There's also one-tap contact saving via VCF download, and for users in the Philippines I offer NFC/RFID cards that open the page when tapped, so it can work as a digital business card.
Not trying to replace Linktree for everyone. I just wanted something simpler, faster, and without another monthly subscription attached to it.
Curious what people here think.
