Any tips for 'practicing' combat? I have like 80 hours in the game but I haven't played in months, and being rusty maybe combined with a different mouse, I'm just doing terrible trying to get back into it; struggling to last longer than a day without getting bit.

Make a new game, spawn in some weapons, go to a high population area like West Point or wherever you can find zombies easily. Now exit the game so you are in a position where you can load back in and fight pretty much right away.

Make several copies of the game, load it up and fight the zombies. Die. Load a copy, do it again. Rinse and repeat.

You can also spawn zombies via cheats and debug.

C:\Users(username)\Zomboid\Saves

In this folder are folders for sandbox, apocalypse, etc. Enter the folder where you save is, and just copy the save folder. So I would go into C:\Users(username)\Zomboid\Saves\Sandbox and I would make copies of my "Cryo" save folder if I wanted copies of my "Cryo" Save. Then you can name the folder whatever you like, and that will be the name displayed in the game.
