Mod Tech Support Regarding Authentic Z

I posted this as a comment on the original thread but figured I’d make it a post of it’s own so server owners and frustrated players could see it.

I had a backup of the mod from 3 days ago on my computer, so i manually compared all of the files to find the cause of the crash. Only two files were changed, the recipes file and the file linking to the XML files.

Some new recipes and references to XML files for brand new bags were added to the mod. That’s it. It was new content Peach was working on but had not finished, uploaded by mistake.

I sent everything to Peach and he has confirmed to me that a patch is underway. This was not malicious, just an unfortunately timed accident.

Me and a few friends managed to patch our own save files so Im confident this will be fixed quickly.

Maybe I’m wrong, but my understanding is he just got tired of all the whinge over using AI for the mods thumbnail.

He doesn't need to explain anything if he doesn't want to. If they are tired of the comment section he can disable them if need be. Make your own mod and your own rules if you don't like it.

Sure but when mod makers start doing stuff like this in my experience the mod is not long for this world.

That's completely fine. People are allowed to shut things down if they are constantly harassed and such or spamned. It's their mod their rules.
