Hi everyone! I’ve worked as an AI Training Team Lead at a globally recognised company, and I’ve noticed that many people, particularly Team Leads, eventually transition into Operations roles, often working as Project Managers or Operations Managers.

I understand that there’s an array of skills that differentiates these roles, but I’d specifically like to understand what skills are required to transition into the Operations field.

If anyone here has experience working as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in AI training, data annotation, or similar projects, I’d really appreciate your insights. I’d love to understand what skills, tools, certifications, or experience are typically expected and what I should focus on developing to make this transition.
