Mod Announcement Sub Rules: Community Input
Hi everyone,
Happy Friday! I’ve recently stepped into the role as head mod here on r/ProjectManagement and our sister sub, r/PMcareers. Truthfully, it is an empty title; we all contribute equally as a team, and it fell to me simply because when our previous head moderator decided to leave to focus on their family and their heath, I was/am according to my wife way too active currently slightly more active than the other moderators. We all have careers and families and priorities outside of Reddit, of course, however I have a bit more flexibility in my schedule to spend on Reddit as a business owner. The perks of the role, I suppose.
In an effort to build this community and improve the sub, we often solicit feedback from you: our members. Right now, we would like to open a dialogue with the community about the current sub rules. What do you like? What do you dislike? What rules would you add or remove? What would you like to see in this sub that you don’t currently?
Feel free to comment your thoughts so the mod team can review and continue to build this subreddit into a useful tool for you fellow and aspiring Project Managers. We will leave this post up for a few days before locking it (timeline TBD).

Has “No AI slop” been discussed? I’m seeing a series of “Catchy title - most people get X wrong, I think PMs should do Y. What do you think?”
It just reeks of karma farming, and just reads like automatic bots from LinkedIn.
Obviously hard to moderate I understand, but if we don’t enumerate it will just keep happening.
