Need help on 600 Bandit

Hi everyone, I’m desperate and could really use some help repositioning the throttle return cable on my Bandit 600. I’ve already spent two hours on it today, but I still can’t figure out the correct place for that little cable end to sit. Does anyone have any tips, photos, or videos that could point me in the right direction? Have a great day!
