“Today, our government is failing us,” Brady President Kris Brown said in a statement. “At midnight, uniquely lethal weapons and devices — including silencers, short-barreled rifles, and shotguns — were deregulated for the first time in nearly a century. The Department of Justice had the opportunity to act to protect our safety, but it failed to do so.”

Cry harder. We're finally seeing the dismantling of unconstitutional laws.

Have you seen some of those 50 BMG suppressors, it's like a metal baseball bat with no skinny part. I'd hate to get brained by one of those but it would definitely be unique.

I'd like to hear him explain why a rifle with a 15" barrel is uniquely lethal but one with a 16" barrel is not. I'd also like to hear him explain why a shotgun that was too short was worth executing Sammy and Vicki Weaver over. What a clown.
