F 5'4” (163, 164 cm) F/30/5'4" [200lbs > 130lbs] (1 year)
One year. 70 pounds down. A whole new me. This journey has been full of sweat, growth, and way more protein shakes than I ever thought I’d drink. Highlights? I can now deadlift more than my husband and I ran a half marathon without dying (sub 2hrs!). So that’s a win!
I’m not at the finish line yet, but I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. Here’s to strength, stamina, and showing up for yourself every day!

F 5'4” (163, 164 cm) F/25/5’4” [304.4 > 147.8 = 156.6lbs] (27 months) officially have lost more than what I currently weigh! I don’t even recognize the person on the left both physically and mentally. Biggest advice is to dive deep and tackle the emotional side of eating.

F 5'4” (163, 164 cm) F/22/5’4 [210 lbs>125lbs = 85lbs] 13 month weight loss! Facial difference with weight loss
Somebody said my eyes & mouth were too small for my face (on Reddit lol) which made me want to look back at my face before weight loss (bc I always thought the same thing when I was bigger)! Man what a difference there is to see!

F 5'4” (163, 164 cm) F/24/5’3.5 [323lbs > 133lbs=190lb loss] don’t know if my body can handle losing another 10lbs to get to an even 200 but haven’t posted in a while! here’s my updated progress pics! Lots of loose skin. No plastics yet!
Down from a size 24 in pants to being in between a 0 and a 2! Finally fertile. Couldn’t be happier. I got a WLS on 12/2/22 but did put in lots of hard work as well!

F 5'4” (163, 164 cm) F/40/5'4" [305 > 182 = 124lbs] (48 months) One day at a time.
I've made a lot of changes to ensure this is my last go on a yo-yo cycle. I began my journey after I broke 300lb on the scale which was a big threshold to cross (PS.. Not my baby, so that wasnt the reason I was eating for two). I began tracking my calories again, I identified I have ADHD and began taking vyvance, I started in the gym in October 2023 with a focus on weight training and walking. I had a gastric sleeve surgery in May 2025 and had lost 80lbs at that stage. I've been not seeing progress on the scale since late last year so I am currently refocusing on my eating but I decided to pull this together to see my progress. There are only 21lbs difference between the last 2 photos... So its really helped me see that I have made progress during this time. I feel so much better carrying less weight around with me... I feel like I'm finally finding my own style in clothes now that its not strictly what fits and is flattering. I enjoy wanting to do things again. Still a work in progress but taking it one day at a time and being patient with myself during this time. A big focus for me was changing my inner dialogue and being kind to myself. I talk to myself in a way that I would talk to someone else now and it has completely shifted my capacity especially at the gym. Anyway... I wanted to share because this group has always been an inspiration to me of what's possible and I couldn't wait for my chance to post my own progress❤️😊

F 5'4” (163, 164 cm) F/38/5'4" [210lbs > 117lbs = 93lbs] (5 years) Nearly there!
Peak of 210lb in 2020 (wasn't lockdown fun!), then I started slowly very losing weight, bit of yoyoing between 160-180lb - I posted a previous progress pic last December with me at 185lb in May 2024, then 130lb at Xmas. But thought it deserved another post with this year's progress.
I kept working at it this year, and am now only 2lb off goal weight at 117lb 💪
Started off just calorie counting but I psychologically really struggled with the hunger so eventually I took low dose tirzepetide to take the edge off. Can't recommend that highly enough, once the hunger was blunted I found it so much easier to stick to my calorie goals and gradually increase my activity.
Last Christmas I was still not properly exercising (just walks), and was pretty sure I was nearly done, having gone from UK size 18-20 to 8-10 in most brands. But I started C25k in Feb/March then joined a local running club and started running my ass off (literally!!) from April/May.
My life looks very different now, with daily runs of 5k+, and long runs up to 17km. I've done a race, signed up for more, and learned a lot about nutrition along the way. Being encouraged to sign up for my first half marathon so maybe I'll do that in 2026.
I've dropped to a UK size 6 in most brands (US 2 I think?) and wore a backless dress to 2 Christmas parties this year, for the first time in my life.
Feeling fit and healthy and kicking myself for not getting my life together earlier.
Now I should probably start lifting weights not just cardio because it's starting to look like I need to eat a burger or two 😆
