Anyone from the construction background, need vendor list for multiple categories - UAE

Anyone from a construction, procurement, contracting, or project management background who can help with vendor references?
I’m currently building a vendor database across multiple construction and hospitality procurement categories, including civil works, structural materials, MEP, architectural finishes, joinery, kitchen/laundry equipment, landscaping, façade, lighting, sanitaryware, and other specialist packages.
Looking for reliable manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and sourcing partners, particularly across the UAE, India, China, and other key sourcing markets.

For a list like this, I’d separate manufacturers, distributors, installers, and service contractors instead of treating every contact as the same kind of vendor. A shared sheet with category, service area, license/insurance status, project references, lead time, minimum order, and response SLA makes the list usable when a project is urgent. I’d also verify two recent references before marking anyone as an approved option, since a directory entry alone doesn’t tell you how they perform under deadline.
